This project was conceived with the goal of transforming a house that had lost its essence through several renovations into a residence that perfectly balances contemporary design with timeless appeal, all while embracing the distinctive character of Coral Gables.

From the moment you enter, the space reveals itself as a synthesis of warmth and sophistication, with a palette of neutral tones and natural materials that create a welcoming atmosphere. Wood and stone details provide a subtle and discreet luxury.

The exterior, a tropical garden with a Mediterranean-style pool, becomes a natural extension of the living space, offering outdoor living areas that are ideal for both entertaining and tranquility.

The interior design is articulated around the natural light that bathes every space, from the living room, with wide windows that visually connect the interior with the tropical garden, to the master bedroom, conceived as a haven of serenity, where soft colors and rich textures dominate the space. The meticulous integration of materials such as marble and stainless steel in the kitchen, which is the functional and aesthetic core of the house, reflects a balance between practicality and elegance.

Each room, from the lounges decorated with custom wallpapers and furnishings to the spa-inspired en-suite bathroom, has been carefully designed to tell a story of renovation and good taste, while preserving the heritage and original essence of the residence.
