This project represents the meticulous transformation of a postmodern residence, originally built in the 1990s in South Beach, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounded by lush gardens designed by renowned landscaper Raymond Jungles.
Maintaining the architectural legacy of the postmodern style, the renovation respects the distinctive lines and open structure of the original design, while breathing new life into the space through a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic.
The interior design employs a neutral palette and natural materials, with custom-made carpentry and wallpapers that add warmth and sophistication to the spacious areas. The carefully selected furniture balances luxury and comfort, maintaining the connection with the natural surroundings.
Lighting, both natural and artificial, highlights textures and shapes, creating an immersive atmosphere. Views of the bay and gardens are integrated as key elements of the design, establishing a continuous dialogue between the interior and exterior.
This project reinterprets a historic space for modern living, offering an elegant and serene retreat in the heart of South Beach.
