Warm Minimalism

The first intervention in the building was to reorganize the internal circulation. The aim was to create an interior of continuous dialogue, with balanced spaces that flow seamlessly into one another.

The foyer was made to be an introduction to the apartment and offer a quiet respite before giving access to all the other rooms. Within this balanced arrangement, the rooms were optimally dressed and mostly symmetrical, to complement the natural flow of the apartment.

Most of the furniture was custom-made, in collaboration with Colombian workshops.

This house embodies a sense of solidarity, respect and refinement, distilling the enduring qualities of these classic typologies and reimagining them in a contemporary way.

“The atmosphere of a home should reflect the client’s personality, character, emotions and, above all, should make them happy. This process takes time and is built layer by layer.”
